Healthcare data

HealthFoundry's platform is deployed within customer infrastructure. Patient data processed by the Intelligence Fabric remains within the customer's environment and is not transmitted to HealthFoundry. We operate in compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST CSF requirements, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@healthfoundry.ai.
